salOWN wasn't built in an office. It was built behind the chair — in a real, busy London barbershop, by a professional barber who's also a web developer.

Living in both worlds, every problem on the floor — walk-ins lost on paper, checkout chaos, double bookings, five platforms that never talk to each other — became something we could actually build our way out of. Every feature solves a problem we faced ourselves first, then gets tested on real clients the same day.

That's the difference. salOWN isn't software written for an industry from the outside. It's built inside one — by someone who runs the shop and writes the code.
